MONTARO: Chapter 5 Riva woke up early the next day. She draped on her robe and peered through the flap of her tent. The sun was just rising and the birds were beginning to sing their morning ballads. Riva went about organizing her few belongings: a blue amulet, golden bands, and a small satchel of water that she kept at all times to keep her from becoming home sick. Riva dawned her white transparent robe over her simple white dress and proceeded outside. The cool crisp air made a shiver travel down her back.
